Don't count days. Make days count. This role will suit someone who is naturally high energy and sees the true value of building someone from the ground up. Head Office based elsewhere, wanting to create a firm footprint in Christchurch. Will only suit someone who is already working in the recruitment industry or has recently been heavily involved. It is the classic lead from the front, build it and they will come. The role will be varied and exciting with a little bit of everything in it. Professional operation which is strong in white collar professional perm recruitment.
You will be busy at the front end being a brand ambassador, tendering for work, renegotiation, client engagement/key stakeholder meetings etc. In the middle delivering a strategy around operation excellence when needed, overarching governance of the business whilst building a team. It is a fresh thinking, smart operating, speak your mind type of business looking to add some real rigour to a new CH Ch operation. Current or previous experience in the recruitment industry ideally in White Collar permanent recruitment is essential.
You will naturally have a driven disposition, enquiring mind when it comes to your market, the ability to grow out the brand, the future, and the bottom line.
