Your mission is to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. You'll inspire and engage your team of approximately 15 to drive both cost efficiency and increased revenue while delivering unforgettable customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day branch operations to ensure a smooth operation for our team and our customers.Delivering operational excellence to provide exceptional service to our customers.Ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and compliant with all safety and regulatory standards with the support of our on site Fleet Co-ordinator.Chasing bad debt, overdue vehicles, insurance claims in conjunction with relevant teams in Support Office.All aspects of staff management including rostering, recruitment and performance with support from the P&C Advisor.Optimising fleet utilisation and availability with the support of the Fleet Co-ordinator.Championing health and safety within the branch.Any other reasonable duties to ensure the branch runs efficiently.About youMinimum of 3 years customer service experience working within and across diverse teams.Proven experience leading people in a fast-paced environment.Calm and composed under dynamic changes in workload and timelines.A hands-on leader with a commitment to achieving excellent results.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to positively influence, train, coach and motivate others.A passion for delivering a high level of customer service.An understanding of fleet management or fleet maintenance operations experience (preferable but not essential).Experience in rental cars/campers and tourism is preferred.Experience with RCM is preferred.Available to work 45 hours across a 7-day rolling roster including weekends and public holidays.A full, class one driver's licence.BenefitsAccess to Employee Assistance Programme.Full induction with ongoing training and development.Use of a company Vehicle (no fuel).Mobile Allowance & Laptop Provided.Incentive program (commission and monthly bonuses).Generous employee discounts and monthly team activities.Opportunity to take your career further in the Tourism industry.Working with a dynamic, adaptable Company that is constantly evolving.If this sounds like you, hit APPLY now!
