We are a leading car detailing and paint protection business with two locations countrywide, dedicated to providing high-quality services to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive profitability, manage customer relationships, and lead sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
Manage and motivate a team of employees to ensure operational excellence and high-quality service delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty
Lead sales and marketing efforts to attract new customers and increase market share
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions and drive business growth
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in business processes and services

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in managing a car detailing or automotive business (not mandatory)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer relationship management skills
Proficiency in sales and marketing strategies
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Prior experience in developing and implementing business plans
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
