About the role: The Branch Manager is a Full-Time position, based at Hamilton, NZ. Reporting to the Head of Potters Manager, you will lead the Branch team to ensure optimal sales through excellent customer service in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. In this role you will:

Ensure Compliance: Uphold WHSE objectives, policies, and procedures as a priority in all operations.
Leadership Representation: Act as a representative of the Potter Senior Leadership team, contributing to the identification of improvement opportunities at both the area and national levels.
Account Management: Oversee key customer accounts and drive sales in the region for all Potter Interior Systems products.
Team Leadership: Lead the branch team, including sales, customer services, and operations, to ensure a positive customer experience.
Business Development: Secure new business by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and aligning contract needs with business operations.
Operational Management: Ensure that the branch's operational functions (purchasing, warehouse, freight) are in line with CSR policies, focusing on fulfilling customer orders on time and in full.
CRM Management: Record all area sales activities in CRM, including pipeline opportunities, customer activities, case management, and territory plans.

Customer site visits will be required.
