If you have a passion for cars, a track record of success, and a knack for delivering unparalleled customer service, we want you to join our prestigious team.Responsibilities:The Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring all 5 departments meet and exceed targets for New and Used Vehicle Sales, Finance, Parts and Service:Lead the branch to meet and exceed sales goals while boosting profitability.Oversee trade-ins and prepare vehicles to meet our high-quality standards.Responsible for writing all vehicle finance and meeting the Departments Targets & KPI's.Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.Work with marketing to create effective merchandising and promotions.Extensive technical background with management training.Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees, suppliers, and manufacturers.Maintain the profitability of their departments while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.Oversee all service department personnel, managing workloads as well as monitoring their performance in servicing customers, working with and supporting the Group Service manager.Create goals and objectives for the department, marketing plans in conjunction with the sales manager and IT manager to promote new and repeat business.Encourage all staff to keep their skills up-to-date through periodic training on new systems, products, and components offered by the automotive manufacturers.Keep up-to-date on manufacturer warranty and policy procedures while serving as a liaison with the factory representatives.Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction as measured by the manufacturer.Process new and used vehicle deals and associated paperwork.Process all vehicle incentive and fleet receipts.Effective and accurate credit control and associated tasks.Prompt follow-up on all vehicle debtors.Skills and Experience:Experience in a Management role or similar.Experience of 3 years or more in the Automotive Industry.Knowledge of the Magix operating system (would be an advantage).Intermediate level MS Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Confidence working unsupervised and able to use initiative.Excellent time management skills.Target driven.Experience in sourcing and purchasing vehicles with a keen eye for quality.Ability to foster a culture of excellence, inspiring both customers and team members with your leadership skills.Results-Driven Approach.Strategic Sales Acumen.Effective Communication.Future-Focused Mindset.In return, you'll be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package consisting of retainer + commission and the chance to further develop your skills and experience plus use of a company vehicle.APPLY NOW through our online application form below.All applicants will be treated with the strictest of confidence.Applications close COB Friday 18th October.
