About the Role: As the Branch Manager for our Auckland location, you'll report directly to the National Operations Manager and lead our Auckland Branch operations. Your mission is to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. You'll inspire and engage your team to drive both cost efficiency and revenue while delivering unforgettable customer experiences. By fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture, you'll ensure that every team member feels valued and motivated. You'll champion our organisational values, creating a positive and dynamic work environment where innovation and teamwork thrive. You'll be a passionate advocate for our brands.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day operations of the Auckland rentals, guiding a team of up to roughly 200 crew to create memorable journeys for thousands of customers annually.Collaborate with national teams to foster a safe and sustainable workplace.Communicate and empower department managers and team leaders with the strategic vision for the branch, aligning with thl's values and direction from the National Operations Manager.Cultivate a performance-based culture where team members are excited to come to work, passionate about achieving targets, and celebrate successes together.Who You Are: Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment?
