This is a fixed term (6 months), full-time position, you'll be joining our team based in Christchurch, New Zealand.As an Office Administrator, you will become a member of our Christchurch Service team and will carry out front and back office supports. You will work closely with the Service Manager and wider team to ensure the smooth flow of communication between our valued customers and field staff. Your organisational skills, attention to detail and confident/positive communication skills will be key to interact with colleagues, subcontractors, suppliers, customers, and consultants. Responsibilities include logging jobs, completing inspection reports and invoicing/billing customers.What You BringIdeally two years' administration experience in engineering, industrial, or construction.Confident and positive person who thrives in a busy and dynamic work environment.Attention to detail with excellent organizational/time management skills.Ability to deal with multiple queries and remain calm under pressure.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.Intermediate level Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word).Experience in working with SAP is desirable.Have appropriate NZ work visa, residency, or citizenship, and currently reside in New Zealand.What's in it for you?Join our purpose-driven organization.
