Our collective focus is to contribute to our kaupapa of ensuring we deliver high-quality conservation goals and outcomes that align with our commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.This role requires someone who is agile, can quickly adapt and prioritise a number of tasks on the go, at any one time. This role will focus on providing high quality statutory process and administrative support to the team as well as project coordination. This role is one of a network of similar roles supporting the Regulatory Services teams, so you may be called upon to support any of our managers or teams; however, there is currently a focus on the Permissions and Statutory Process teams.Key responsibilities include:Administrative support to the team – project coordination tasks, coordination for Official Information Act, Ministerial and Parliamentary question requests, word processing, document management, and administrative support for public notification processesProvision of personal assistance to the manager – diary management, meeting support, drafting correspondence, arranging travel, support for financial processesProvision of communications support – newsletters, surveys, presentations, website content, and reportsYou will be an administration extraordinaire with strong coordination skills and the ability to proactively identify and use your initiative to support our team to help deliver our work.
