This well-known and respected real estate brand is looking for a Branch Administrator to join their amazing team in Takapuna.
This is a bright and busy workplace where you'll be supporting the branch manager and sales teams.
The role: As you can imagine, no two days will be the same.
The real estate industry can be fast paced and challenging and compliance is critical.
Therefore, the core focus of your role is to provide exceptional administrative support ensuring all the T's are crossed and I's are dotted.
The team are fun and tight-knit - expect support, drive and lots of banter in this office!
Some of the tasks will include loading listings online, juggling requests from solicitors and the sales team, processing contracts and organising and collating marketing material for open homes to name a few.
You will be preparing and reconciling invoices, maintaining the rental listings and ensuring they are up to date, as well as liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
You'll also be managing social media, supporting with events, and handling any ad-hoc administrative tasks that come your way.
It's safe to say that you'll be juggling different tasks for different teams throughout the day, so some resilience, confidence and management skills are needed to ensure you're communicating expectations and timelines effectively.
Key skills and attributes: You have experience juggling multiple tasks and personalities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in order to support the team to the best of your ability.
Longevity is appreciated, we are looking for someone who wants to settle into this role and become the all-knowing support person.
Previous administration experience Sound computer skills including Word and Excel High numerical literacy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management and prioritising skills    You will work in a supportive team, who has a wealth of knowledge to draw on.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
Full training will be provided on the in-house software systems and processes.
