At Crown, we value honesty and openness, diversity, inclusion, safety, creativity, innovation, quality, and maintain highest company standards.    What you will be doing    Based in our Auckland branch, this role will see you provide a high level of operational administration support to our Auckland Branch team and additional support to the wider Region team when needed.   This is a varied and busy role where no day is the same and your strong administration skills and attention to detail can really shine.   You will be a key point of contact for our Sales, Rental, Service and Driver Training teams and be responsible for coordinating the daily bookings for customer Forklift Driver Training courses, preparing service quotations and the accurate data processing of Driver Training, Lift Truck Sales & Service workshop invoicing and purchasing as required.   This really is a diverse role where you will need to think on your feet and be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.  Requirements What you'll bring to the role   Ideally, we're looking for someone with operational administration experience, preferably in the equipment hire industry, although this is not essential. You'll have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with our customers, technicians and Service Managers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential as is possessing fast, accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.   With your professional attitude, solutions-focused mindset and strong focus on providing great customer outcomes, you'll work collaboratively and supportively with the team. Please note, a full pre-employment medical, including a drug test, will be required and you must currently be legally entitled to live and work permanently in New Zealand. A current NZ drivers' licence is required.
