Boutique Sales Manager Ofi Partnership Limited

We are looking for a Boutique Sales Manager.
This job is based in Hawkes Bay, Napier/Havelock North and is a full-time permanent position.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Maintain daily shop protocol of OFI via product mix, stock levels, and service standards.
Promote and advertise stock.
Merchandise protocols for all of our stores (with assistance) via marketing, purchasing, and pricing policies.
Sell to and advise customers on products.
Update website, Facebook, Google via photos, new stock, available stock.
Assist in maintaining records of stock levels and sales/invoices.
Process imports to display and distribute throughout our stores.
Participate in selection and training of staff.
Maintain shop to OFI standards in cleanliness, presentation, and background music.
Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
Cover other stores as required.
Pay range: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour.
Minimum qualifications: NZQF Diploma or three years relevant experience.
Minimum guaranteed hours: 30 per week.
The successful applicant must be able to work in New Zealand and be available for work during core store hours of 9.30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Sunday from May to October, and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Sunday from November to April, as designated by the employer.
