Due to relocation, we have an opportunity for a dynamic and inspiring Boutique Manager in the beautiful Napier Boutique.
Who are we?
KILT started back in 2000 with the vision to make affordable NZ Made garments right here. We now have 16 boutiques throughout New Zealand and a loyal following of KILTies that know and believe in our vision!
KILT loves NZ and all that it has to offer, which is why it is so important to us that our clothing is all made right here in NZ! Our values of being proud, positive, passionate, and all about people echo throughout our business. We are truly passionate about our brand and we want each and every day to be FUN!

What does a Boutique Manager at KILT do?
Delivers personable and unique styling experiences to each and every customer, building loyalty and trust.
Maintains, represents and is proud of the beautiful and vibrant visual standards of their boutique.
Coaches and trains your team to deliver a high level of customer service.
Oversees boutique operations including high volume stock management.
Hours of work are Tuesday to Saturday - 40 hours per week.
