Our company is currently seeking a reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. The position will be required to work 40 hours per week on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks, including: Maintain Accurate Financial Records : Record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable : Process invoices, reconcile bank statements, and manage payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments. Coordinate with External Accountants : Assist in the preparation of financial reports and work with external accountants to ensure accurate reporting. Assist in PAYE Filing : Help with the preparation and submission of PAYE filings. Salary Payment Processing : Manage and execute the salary payment process for all employees. Time Sheet Record Management : Maintain accurate records of employee time sheets and ensure proper documentation. To be successful in this role, you should have: Attention to Detail : Meticulous and thorough in managing financial records and transactions. Minimum Qualifications : three years relevant experience or a Level 4 qualification with relevant subjects Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Knowledge of Accounting Principles : Understanding of standard bookkeeping practices and principles. Strong Communication Skills : Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively. Integrity : High level of honesty and discretion in handling sensitive financial information. Others: No criminal convictions and drug tests are required
