Bookkeeper

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Process invoices, receipts, payments, and manage accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions. Prepare and submit financial reports to management. Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Liaise with external accountants and auditors. Manage payroll and employee expense claims. Perform other related duties as required.   Job pre-requisites:   Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Bachelor's degree is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as our workforce is predominantly Chinese-speaking, and effective communication with staff who have limited English proficiency is necessary. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Well understanding of the construction industry The successful candidate must have no criminal convictions and be able to pass a drug test.  Employment type: full-time, permanent   Number of vacancies: 1 Hours per week: at least 30 hours per week
