Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper's job responsibilities: 1.
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and paym ents in ERP& MYOB ; 2.
Daily Invoice sending and Contract management; 3.
Send monthly statement& invoices to Credit customers around 5th of each month (some customer may require earlier for statement); 4.
AR including 2nd payment chasing (AR1, AR2, AR3 issuing) and credit control; 5.
Banking according to on hand Cash; 6.
Weekly AR report; Daily new job report and weekly total up; Monthly Installation Jobs working hours statistic Report, Monthly Budget Report include Petrol Analysis Report; 2 monthly GST Report etc.

Verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to management; 8.
Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and collections include customer credit, PS3 issuing etc.

Monthly bank consolidation; 10.
Accounts Payable & other accounts work & financial analysis work according to manager's arrangement; 11.
Prepare and produce financial statements, budget, and expenditure reports using accounting s oftware ; 12.
