Booking Clerk Gynaecology - Women's Health - Te Whatu Ora Waitematā Permanent, part-time 0.5 FTE About the role We are currently seeking a highly motivated clerk, to join our friendly and supportive Booking Team based at North Shore Hospital.
The purpose of this role is to co-ordinate and facilitate the patients journey for services offered at North Shore & Waitakere Hospitals.
This includes planning and scheduling appropriate clinic appointments and patient's surgery events efficiently and effectively for your group of doctors, to ensure optimal utilisation of the service provided to the public within the Waitematā District.
About you As the first point of contact for our patients, it is essential that you have a good command of the English language (both written and verbal) and promote a professional image whilst providing excellent customer service.
