We are seeking an organised and dedicated Boarding Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an office-based role focused on the well-being and smooth operation of our boarding community.
  
Key Responsibilities: Co-ordinate and support daily boarding operations, ensuring a safe and positive environment for all. Manage student records, attendance, and other essential documentation. Support activities, events, and other initiatives to foster a strong sense of community among boarding students. Collaborate with boarding staff to ensure compliance with all health, safety, and welfare regulations. Support boarding staff in responding to student needs.   Qualifications: Proven experience in a role requiring excellent organizational and communication skills; experience in a boarding or educational environment is a plus. Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage time effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management. Please note that position is required to work on-site during term breaks.  Hours of work are 7.5 hours per day between 8am to 5pm.  Accommodation is not provided as the role is not required to work outside of business hours.
