The Opportunity: As the Bitumen Divisional Manager for the Canterbury region, you will be responsible for successfully leading our Lyttelton based Bitumen operations and providing support to the wider region as required. The supply chain of bitumen is an extremely important resource for infrastructure works. You will ensure all bitumen related components are delivered to our customers safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standard. In addition to the above you will: Develop strategic annual business plans that align with Fulton Hogan's group and regional strategy. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and other key stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you will have: Relevant tertiary qualification, with a background in science or engineering. Previous experience in a large-scale petrochemical business. Demonstrated leadership capability with a strong focus on people, safety and quality. Significant experience in effective stakeholder management and business development. Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, standards and procedures. Demonstrated experience managing and enhancing profit streams. Reliable and self-driven to ensure continued success in your role. You will be a supportive and collaborative leader with a passion for developing and growing talent.
