We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Billing Administrator. Our highly skilled team of expert designers, engineers, installers, and technicians have been providing project management, design, construction & installation, refurbishment, and ongoing preventative maintenance and on-call services for over 20 years. About the role: This role will be responsible for the day-to-day billing administration of our company. Working interchangeably between the service and maintenance teams, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the 1M company. Key responsibilities will include: Create Purchase Requisitions for 1M as required. To raise purchase orders and MIGO (following delegated authority). To collate information from timesheets for processing payroll and to enter details into spreadsheets for payment approval. Processing of invoices through Simpro. To maintain Assets, Creation/Transfer/Disposal of Assets Liaise with between Finance and Operations for invoice and PO processing Liaise with Regional and National resources to ensure best operational practice is utilised Liaise with finance team to ensure best practice is utilised Ensure all weekly and monthly reporting completed for internal and external Key clients within the agreed timeframe Assist with AR and Billing queries as requested About you: Our ideal candidate will be able to live up to our TRUE values, making sure to represent the company well at all times. Skills and experience required: Relevant experience in similar role or tertiary qualification preferred in accounting and or Business. Finance Administration background preferred. Proficiency in the use of accounting software, SAP experience preferred but not essential. You have medium to advanced proficiency in MS Office. You thrive under pressure, delivering your best work within deadlines. You have a diverse communication skill set. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
