We have one of the largest horizontal infrastructure teams in the South Island working in the maintenance, civil, and water industry.
The work we do strengthens the communities we work and play in, with several key long term maintenance contracts throughout the Canterbury region and a number of civil projects currently being completed throughout the South Island.
About the role | Ko te kaupapa In this role you will play a crucial role in securing business opportunities by overseeing the entire bidding process.
Your core functions encompass identifying and evaluating potential projects, coordinating the development of comprehensive proposals, managing three other reports and the cross-functional interactions with our Maintenance and Construction Teams.
You will be responsible for devising pricing strategies, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and regulations.
You will often serve as the primary liaison with clients, manage deadlines for timely submissions, participate in negotiations, and analysing past performance to improve future bidding processes.
Through these diverse responsibilities, your objective will be to maximise CORDE's chances of winning contracts while aligning bids with the company's strategic goals and capabilities.
