Bicycle Repair Technician

Responsibilities: -        Diagnose and repair a variety of bicycle models, including road bikes, mountain bikes, and hybrids. -        Perform routine maintenance such as tune-ups, brake adjustments, and gear adjustments. -        Assemble and disassemble bicycles, ensuring proper functioning of all components. -        Identify and recommend replacement parts when necessary, and provide accurate cost estimates for repairs. Provide excellent customer service by answering technical questions and offering advice on bike care and maintenance. Requirements: -        Understanding of bicycle and tools and equipment is an advantage. -        required training will be provided to the right candidate -        Hold problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -        Hold communication and customer service skills. -        Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. -        A passion for cycling and a commitment to promoting a bike-friendly community. -        Position will require weekend work, public holidays and some split shifts Â
