The Opportunity We are currently in an exciting period of growth where we will be investing in significant upgrades at our Wiri site to support our vision of being best in class.
This role will make a huge impact by building the capability within our team and ensure that we are able to deliver our products to the highest standard.
What you'll be doing Contribute to and lead the deployment of our beverage strategy Manage capital projects up to $250K for the beverage department Review procedures to identify areas for improvement to drive operational efficiency Coach the beverage team on process changes to ensure we are best in class Ensure the beverage team are meeting the requirements of our internal production teams and external co-packaging partners Ensure we are keeping safety front of mind and meeting safety standards What's in your toolkit? A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for innovative solutions to improve processes Previous experience with beverage batching Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Previous experience coaching or leading teams with the ability to influence without authority Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing Previous experience managing capital works projects If you're not an expert in all of these areas, don't worry!
