As part of Mental Health and Wellbeing, Explore Specialist Services is the national provider for behaviour support in New Zealand and part of HealthCare New Zealand. We provide specialist behaviour support services to people with disabilities of all ages by working with their families/whanau and support networks. Explore works with a culturally diverse population and is committed to supporting clients in a culturally responsive manner.
The key purpose of the Behaviour Support Specialist role is to deliver quality services based on a positive behaviour support framework that is consistent with our contract obligations with the Ministry of Health and other providers as required. You will be based in our Palmerston North office.
