Key focus of the Role includes: Seeking out new business opportunities for the sale, hire and leasing of the companies Forklift, Scaffolding, & EWP equipment.Developing and sustaining strong relationships with existing customers.Effectively manage the sales area within Waikato region to meet defined targets.The successful candidate will: Possess experience in B2B sales, ideally in the hire, construction equipment, EWP or Scaffold sales, hire and service industry.Be an outstanding communicator that can build rapport at all levels.Be solution focusedInstinctive hunterPossess proven sales/customer service experience.Be consistently willing to go that extra mile for their customers and their team, proving their commitment to exceptional service delivery.Be able to autonomously and successfully manage a sales call cycle.Possess a keen attitude and willingness to learn the technicalities of the products and use this to sell the right solution.Be confident about operating our products to understand their capabilities.Be excited to do product demos and close sales.Share our vision of being excellent for our customers and take pride in our quality equipmentYour client base will be varied and the opportunities vast. You should have the ability to communicate at all levels, from company owners and directors to site teams.
