WHAT WILL YOU DO Identify and pursue new business opportunities nationwide (approx. 50% account management and 50% business development). Leverage the company's sterling reputation for exceptional quality, service, and on-time delivery. Manage and nurture existing client relationships, solving problems and providing bespoke solutions. Conduct market research and deliver compelling sales presentations. Negotiate contracts and drive marketing efforts. ABOUT YOU Proven success in packaging, labels, or a similar industry. Experience may include flexo, rigid, board, corrugated, glass, can etc. Strong networks and experience in the packaging or labels of food and/or beverage industries (essential for this role). Demonstrated experience in prospecting, networking, negotiation, and writing and presenting tenders at board level. Exceptional communication, negotiation and strategic sales skills. Ability to work with a long sales cycle. Strong technical aptitude and exceptional commercial acumen. Sense of urgency and ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, with the ability to generate and analyze forecasts and reports. Experience with CRM software with impeccable attention to detail.
