Our client is looking for you to join their established team – this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for business mentoring and advisory services, particularly with small to medium businesses.
About the role: As a manager, you will work closely with team leaders and accountants to make a difference in your clients' businesses.
This newly created role is due to growth and expansion within the firm, offering you the chance to contribute to business strategy while building strong relationships with clients.
This role is crucial in driving business management, fostering client relationships, and providing leadership within the team.
Your responsibilities will include providing business advisory services such as tax, financial reporting, and management analysis, as well as assisting in business mentoring meetings and group workshops.
With full training provided, you'll be supported while learning new technologies and playing a key role in mentoring junior staff.
Additionally, you will oversee the review of accountants' work to ensure that high standards and accuracy are maintained.
