Key Responsibilities: Delivering technical advice and expertise that shapes the future of our clients' businesses. Identifying risk areas and planning opportunities to drive innovation and success. Reviewing accounting and tax compliance work to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Supporting clients' finance function, enabling informed financial decisions. Managing the commercial aspects of engagements, contributing to clients' growth and profitability. Providing coaching, mentoring and training to the junior team members. Nga pukenga kei a koe / Skills and experience 6+ years of experience in a CA/CPA environment. Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Business with a major in Accounting or a degree in Accounting. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of end-to-end tasks for a diverse portfolio of clients. Proficiency in software tools such as Xero and Excel, utilising technology to deliver efficient solutions. Proven track record of cultivating strong client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction and success.
