About Huami:
In the heart of Federal Street, SkyCity has our authentic contemporary Chinese restaurant, Huami, which features stunning architecture inspired by old Shanghai and the Yuan Garden. Huge bi-folding glass doors open the bar directly onto Federal Street, providing a luxurious arrival for our guests.
Connected to the main doors is a forty-capacity finger bar that showcases a premium whiskey wall containing some of the finest Cognacs and Armagnacs available in New Zealand. We are on the hunt for a knowledgeable, experienced, and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have strong cocktail and spirits knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver international standards of service that our customers expect. This role will involve a mixture of daytime and evening shifts, so flexibility is key.
