Bartender/ Foh

Key Responsibilities:
Drink Preparation: Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company standards.
Customer Interaction: Greet guests courteously, take food and drink orders, provide recommendations based on guest preferences, and ensure a high standard of service.
Order Management: Ensure all orders are accurately captured in the POS system, prepare billing, and process payments in a timely and organized manner.
Stock & Display: Restock bar items, manage inventory, and ensure displays meet bar standards. Organize stock and follow company policies on inventory management.
Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in all bar areas, including kitchen, storerooms, chillers, and front-of-house areas.
Customer Assistance: Answer inquiries about the business, assist with menu options, and ensure customer orders are presented to quality standards.
Compliance: Follow the terms and conditions of the premises license, comply with company policies, and adhere to the Sale of Liquor Act 1989.
Requirements:
Professionalism: A positive, courteous, and reliable attitude.
Strong Communication Skills: Able to clearly communicate with both customers and team members.
Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, especially under pressure.
Clean & Presentable: Maintain high standards of personal hygiene.
Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with the Sale of Liquor Act and premises licensing.
