This is a part time role, guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week with a pay rate of $27 per hour.
Responsibilities | Nga haepapa To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar role, and a passion for exceeding guests expectations, great knowledge of wine varieties and well versed in the culinary art of making cocktails and mixed alcoholic drinks.
You will: Ensure bar prep for a successful evening drinks service Support the restaurant team with drinks and food service Understand the ingredients used Have a passion for creating extraordinary cocktails Prepare all beverages to order Ensure the bar and tables are always clean Close the bar and ensure all checklists are completed and set up for the morning shift Do daily banking and cashing up of the till Requirements About you | Ko koe tenei 1-2 years experience in bar service preferred Excellent Communicator Understanding of Sale of Liquor Act Exudes attentive, friendly and professional service Excellent wine, beer and cocktail knowledge Can work weekends and evenings Candidates must already have the legal right to work in New Zealand to be considered for the role.
