A little more on this exciting opportunity: We are passionate about creating the perfect cup, so we provide our customers with hands-on training and education. As a barista trainer, you will provide support to our customers through a range of workshops and on-site visits, introducing them to the fundamentals of Allpress Espresso and Underground Coffee. Providing exceptional customer service is vital in this role, as you will also assist with general customer support and troubleshooting. This is a permanent full-time role (Monday to Friday) located at both Allpress Espresso Christchurch and Underground Coffee Roasters Christchurch. Please note, this role includes regular solo travel around the region, and some evening work may be required. The ideal candidate will have: Exceptional barista skills Fantastic communication, organisation and problem-solving skills A strong sense of independence and personal drive A full, clean NZ driver's license A natural ability to connect with a wide range of people Who doesn't love a perk!
