Bar & Beverage Staff (Hospitality & Tourism) We are a busy rooftop restaurant & bar serving one of Christchurch's best dining services. We have a hardworking and passionate team who pride themselves on creating a positive working environment. Qualifications & Experience Must have a minimum of 2 years working in a bar/restaurant. Must have experience running a busy service in a restaurant. Must have experience with stock control and ordering. Must understand food safety and have good health and safety practices. Tasks & Responsibilities Help our restaurant manager lead our front of house team on a day-to-day basis. Handle all bar stock control and ordering. Lead the creation of our cocktail menus and wine list. Assist our restaurant manager on running our service on our busy weekend days.
