As the new Bar Manager you will:
Be part of our pre-opening team in this amazing project from the very beginning, with opportunity to use your experience and skills and also gain new ones.Inspire and lead our bar team to deliver personalised service that exceeds expectations, ensuring each guest enjoys a unique and memorable experience.Curate and continually evolve an innovative cocktail menu that reflects seasonal inspiration.Oversee precise inventory management, optimising efficiency in ordering and stock control.Mentor and cultivate the skills of our bar team, fostering their growth in both mixology expertise and the art of impeccable customer service.Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve collective goals of revenue growth and sustained profitability. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel bar environment.Experience as a team leader.Strong wine, beer and cocktail knowledge.Knowledge of the market and current trends.Passion for this job, proactivity, thinking out of the box.Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.Very good English.Work permit within EU countries.
