Job Description: Bar Manager Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibility for recruiting, training, and motivating Front of House staff. A strong presence on the restaurant floor during service times, ensuring customers feel welcome in our restaurant. Responsible for organizing marketing activities. Responsible for overseeing the conduct of assigned staff members. Responsible for training the assigned employees. Responsible for maintaining staff records. Development of annual budgets and the attainment of operational targets. Responsible for providing financial information for business purposes to the management. Planning and scheduling staffing requirements. Managing staff and providing them with feedback. Responding to customer complaints. Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations. Training and motivating staff. Maintain relationships with customers and staff. Checking stock levels and ordering supplies. Communicate with sales representatives and suppliers.
