Bar Manager/Duty Manager

We need a strong, cheerful bar manager to lead our amazing team!Responsibilities:Be a highly organised individual with an eye for detail.Thrive in a bustling environment and strive to lift our team members up during a busy bar service.Provide training for our amazing team, leading by example and developing skills.Be customer-focused and ensure all guests feel welcome in our establishment.Improve and increase efficiency, productivity and accuracy through all aspects of the business.Experience shaking cocktails and a good knowledge of product, as well as a knack for creating bespoke drinks for our venue.Confident to help out on the floor when our service is busy; flexibility is key.Maintain stock levels across alcohol and all aspects of front of house items; work with General Manager to coordinate stocktake.Oversee the overall daily operations.Manage staff and monitor their performance.Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Job Type:Full-timePay:$26.00 – $30.00 per hourExpected hours:30 – 40 per weekBenefits:Employee discountFree foodSchedule:8 hour shiftEvening shiftPublic holidaysWeekend availabilitySupplementary Pay:TipsLicence/Certification:Duty Manager Certificate (Required)Expected Start Date:02/09/2024
