Who Are We? Mr Illingsworth is part of West Auckland Trust Services collectively known at The Trusts. There are 22 West Liquor and Village, Wine & Spirits stores, 4 Liquorland's, 8 hospitality venues and The Quality Hotel Lincoln Green. The Role : Playing your part on the Mr Illingsworth Front of House team is rewarding & fun. Key Responsibilities : Deliver an overall positive, knowledgeable service experience that is valued by customers Provide full food and beverage table service to guests Complete all compulsory online training and attend practical training sessions to develop relevant knowledge and skills. Staying compliant with the rules and regulations of the Liquor laws Assisting in the preparation of each service e.g. arranging and setting tables and cleaning What we're looking for Friendly and able to confidently interact with people; has a genuine interest in providing great service. Can work independently with a strong work ethic while also being able to work well as part of a team.
