Who Are We?
Mr Illingsworth is part of West Auckland Trust Services collectively known at The Trusts. There are 22 West Liquor and Village, Wine & Spirits stores, 4 Liquorland's, 8 hospitality venues and The Quality Hotel Lincoln Green.
We are all about keeping things local in our community and giving back to West Auckland.
The Venue :
Located at The Point, Mr Illingsworth is fresh, modern and local - think uncomplicated, comforting gastro-fare with delicious beverages to match.
This is something unseen in Te Atatu Peninsula before, right in the centre of the township. The local area is seeing huge growth in the next three decades - be part of this exciting venture and have a real impact on its development.
The Role :
Playing your part on the Mr Illingsworth Front of House team is rewarding & fun. We work hard, we care about what we do & we all make sure we do it to the high standards that our guests love us for.
We learn new skills every day, we help each other achieve individual & team targets and we celebrate success.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver an overall positive, knowledgeable service experience that is valued by customers
Provide full food and beverage table service to guests
Complete all compulsory online training and attend practical training sessions to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Staying compliant with the rules and regulations of the Liquor laws
Assisting in the preparation of each service e.g. arranging and setting tables and cleaning
What we're looking for
Friendly and able to confidently interact with people; has a genuine interest in providing great service.
Can work independently with a strong work ethic while also being able to work well as part of a team.
Is willing to help out where needed
Great attention to detail and willing to learn
