About the role:
We seek an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead our team and elevate the guest experience at Atelier. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong understanding of mixology, and the ability to manage all aspects of bar operations.
Full time job 35hours minimum.
Job responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the bar operation in our establishment.
? Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards.
? Manage all staff - impart knowledge, skills, and training to all bar staff to ensure high standards.
? Creation of the cocktail list.
? Undertake staff appraisals and disciplinary action when required.
? Identify, develop, and maintain establishment policies and procedures.
? Have extensive knowledge of local and international beverage trends.
? Set policies and maintain standards for food safety in the bar area.
? Set policies and maintain standards for health & safety at work in the bar area.
? Ensure all bar equipment and work environments are clean and operational.
? Oversee the bar display to maximize functionality and attractiveness.
? Ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.
? Order and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
? Meet with alcohol and beverage suppliers.
Food Safety
· Take all practical measures to maintain Food Safety standards. Ensure that your workstation is clean and hygienic at all times.
· Ensure that your personal cleanliness is maintained and kept at a high standard.
General Duties
· Treat all management and fellow team members with respect to support a team environment.
· Perform any other duties as requested diligently and conscientiously.
About you
· At least three years of experience as a bar Manager
Need to hold Bar manager and liquor license certificate
· Knowledge of French ingredients and cuisine is a significant advantage
· Must work well in a team
· Organized
· Punctual and reliable
· Friendly, energetic, and hard-working attitude
· Willing to learn
