You will eventually be giving financial advice to customers, which means you will undertake training for the NZ certificate in Financial Services Level 5 equivalency. You will be working as part of our tight-knit and supportive team to help deliver to our ambition to make every Kiwi more financially successful. You will be using your individual personality and interpersonal style to make a connection with your customer; work to understand their broader financial needs and goals; and provide the appropriate solution where you can. At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following: Ability to learn and be knowledgeable about what you do – experience in lending will be an advantage; we want you to hit the ground running & DLA would be a huge advantage! Great attention to detail, exceptional communication skills & ability to get things done right the first time. Proven ability to grow sustainable relationships. Banking experience or exposure to the financial services industry is essential. You do not need to tick every box here to be considered! Hours are Monday to Friday (08.30 – 17.00) total 40 per week.
