Kia ora! We're looking for a new Banking Consultant - Savings & Deposits to join our Retail team based in Newmarket, Auckland.

You'll work across a range of customer contact channels and different Heartland products providing exceptional service - making sure our customers have the best experience possible. You'll be in a supportive team environment that encourages development and training. This role has a focus on account opening for businesses and trusts.

We are looking for someone with previous banking experience who is a team-player, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. Your life skills enable you to relate to people of all walks of life. You'll have an engaging, positive and clear phone manner and can strongly build relationships with our team and customers. You're looking to commit for the long haul somewhere you're valued, respected and have the opportunity to take the time with our customers - adding a real human touch!
