Banking And Compliance Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity to work for one of New Zealand's leading banks.
This is a 2 month contract in a supportive working environment in a collegial and supportive team.
This role plays an important part of the banks compliance in ensuring they keep their organisation and their customers safe and that legislative obligations are met.
The role will be focused on evaluation of relevant, existing customer information, verifying information and ensuring this is correctly documented.
There will be a number of case files to manage and own as part of your daily tasks.
Based in the CBD and your hours of work are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm.
There is also an opportunity to build skills and be exposed to many different tasks which helps keep the work fresh and interesting.

You may be a recent graduate looking to gain some office experience, a strong administrator or someone with a strong background in financial services and banking, however attitude and below skill sets are imperative regardless of experience:    Excellent verbal and written communication Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to analyse information and display quality decision making Sound time management and prioritisation skills Displayed commitment to quality customer service Great problem-solving skills and ability to innovate Willing to learn and actively participate, proactive with a 'can-do' attitude These roles will offer new learning, career development, and potentially permanent opportunities, not to mention the ability to create a great business network for the future and experience within the banking and finance sector.
