We're looking for an experienced People Leader who will be responsible for leading our Paraparaumu and Levin teams and inspire them towards sales success while connecting people, businesses, and communities along the way. Travel between the two branches will be required. This could be the next exciting new challenge for you!

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:
Experience and knowledge of the Banking or the financial industry.
Sales and Service leadership within a retail environment would be advantageous.
You'll definitely need a successful track record of leading and developing teams in a retail sales environment.
Strong business development and networking skills are essential, and knowledge of the local market would be an advantage.
Ability to develop and execute business plans that align with regional territory plans and the company's strategic direction.
Being highly flexible, resilient, process-driven, and having a great eye for detail will be essential too!

Hours are Monday to Friday (08.30 - 17.00) total 40 hours per week.
