As well as a passion for people and baking, we are looking for our new leader to have:
Previous baking experience as well as ordering, stocktake and rostering systems.
Previous people leadership experience in a Bakery environment.
A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
Excellent prioritisation skills which will enable you to manage your workload.
The ability to train and motivate a winning team.
A day in the life of a Bakery Manager could look like:
Meeting daily and weekly targets, KPI's, ordering, stock taking and rostering.
Ensuring the best level of service for our bakery customers.
Training and developing staff in your department including fellow Bakers & Apprentices.
Championing Health, Safety and Food Safety practices.
The hours and days for this Bakery Manager position are:
Tuesday to Thursday 0600-1530, Friday & Saturday 0300-1230.
