Backpackers Manager

J&B Accommodation Investments Limited, based in Hamilton, offer clean and comfortable accommodations with genuine Kiwi hospitality to both business and private travelers. Now we are looking for a fulltime backpackers manager to do the day to day operation of our motel.
Key responsibilities include:
Ø Provide anticipatory service to guests, catering to their individual preferences and needs.
Ø Carry out inspection of maintenance supplies renovationsfurnishings and security issues.
Ø Deal with customer complaints and comments.
Ø Ensure smooth running of all banqueting outlets.
Ø Look after the Front of House team, building rosters and taking care of ordering.
Ø Quality control in all guest areas as well as back of house and front-of-house areas
Key success factors for this role require:
Relevant qualification to business/management study or 3 years of m anagerial experience in managing teams Physically fit & activePositive personalities energy with a can-do attitudeGeneral knowledge of basic maintenance and up-keep of groundsExcellent communication and organisation skills

Full time - Minimum 30 hours per week, Wage: $27-$29 /hour
