Baby Factory (NZ) Limited is mad about babies and their needs. We are New Zealand's leading nursery retailer and are looking for a Retail Manager to lead our busy Nelson store.The leadership role requires skills in sales management, team building and developing a passionate customer focused service culture.The key strengths of this position include leading and motivating staff, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, stock control, achieving sales targets and most importantly exceeding customer expectations, whilst making it an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.You will need to be self-motivated, have a hands on approach to your working environment and not be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in alongside your team. A proven track record in retail management would be an advantage.Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
