Here is your chance to join a leading, global company based right here in New Zealand!We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Home Appliance B2B team, with the role set to commence in January 2025.You will ensure Samsung is successful with its sales of products and solutions across the Consumer Electronics B2B Market. You will build sales pipelines to ensure achievement of relevant targets and take a consultative selling approach and act as the trusted advisor to uncover customer needs, raise needs awareness, and determine Samsung product solutions.Responsibilities:Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and objectives in line with wider business goals and strategy.Manage respective key accounts and define growth plans within key KPIs.Build a sales pipeline that ensures sales quotas are achieved.Work across all sales and solutions teams to ensure they are well aware of device and solution capability.Maintain a strong knowledge base of brand capabilities, in addition to understanding the relevant competitor offerings.Conduct regular training for all decision makers and influencers within the sales and procurement environments.Support partner sales resources as and when required to sell in the solution to the customers.Maintain and establish solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Manage complex, consultative, and long sales cycles to ensure successful execution.Perform competitive analysis of current offerings using internal and external secondary, as well as primary research.Evaluate current product offerings and product plans relative to competitors.Perform ROI calculations and revenue forecasts for future products, monitoring ongoing performance and adjusting product plans based on results.Experience:At least 5 years of relevant work experience.Strong network within the New Zealand business environment, with particular focus on the selected vertical market.Experience in dealing with Procurement, including local and central government.Degree qualified in a relevant field.To apply:If you are interested in this opportunity then please submit your application (CV and cover letter) via the APPLY button.Please note:Due to the large volume of candidates we will only respond to shortlisted applicants.You must have NZ work rights to be considered for this job and hold a valid passport in order to travel overseas.During recruitment, job applicants should be careful not to infringe trade secrets of the company for which they have been working.By submitting your application to Samsung, you are giving us and our parent companies consent to collect and retain your data for recruitment and hiring purposes for this role and others for which we may think you are suitable.
