AV Media provides a full range of technical & production services for a wide range of clients in premium venues in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Queenstown. Our business is growing, and we're looking for new team members who enjoy hands-on learning.
We have a position available in Queenstown for a venue-based AV Technician.

The main responsibilities of this position include working on live, hybrid & virtual events with clients to set up and run their AV equipment, packing equipment in and out, and troubleshooting to assist with all AV requirements.
To qualify, you will need to bring:
A 'can do' attitude (and not take yourself too seriously)
An enthusiasm for technology and a hunger to learn
A willingness to do physical work
Excellent people skills with a focus on delivering amazing customer service
Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Nerves of steel to remain calm, solve problems quickly, and provide reassurance during technical hiccups in events
You'll also need to be willing to work weekends and evenings and have a full clean driver's license.
