Automotive Specialist Recruitment Consultant Alchemy Consulting is looking to bring on an energetic, creative, driven, and competitive Automotive Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team of 6 located around Auckland. Reporting to our Managing Director, your day-to-day responsibilities are:
Grow revenue and achieve sales targets on a monthly basis through providing full-service Recruitment Solutions to an existing client base of both Franchise and Independent Automotive Businesses across New Zealand.
Create new business through cold calls, attending networking events, promotions to develop new ideas and opportunities.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, by prospecting potential new customers, working with active customers, and new business wins!
Forecast sales targets, updating customer details, and completing key promotional activities.
Plan approaches and pitches for new business through positive engagement with the Alchemy Team; connecting and collaborating with experienced team members.

Skills and experience:
Previous working experience as an Automotive Recruitment Consultant achieving/exceeding sales targets.
Proven experience in client facing roles as a Recruitment Consultant. You will be using your Automotive Industry network and experience to recruit and deliver Key Senior roles such as Service Advisors, Service Technicians, Service Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, and Finance & Insurance Professionals.
You will be able to demonstrate proven Sales and Recruitment abilities, while showcasing your clear and strong negotiation skills.
Ideally tertiary qualifications and/or certifications or relevant qualifications/industry knowledge.
