Reporting to our Managing Director, your day-to-day responsibilities are:• Grow revenue and achieve sales targets on a monthly basis through providing full-service Recruitment Solutions to an existing client base of both Franchise and Independent Automotive Businesses across New Zealand. • Create new business through cold calls, attending networking events, promotions to develop new ideas and opportunities. • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, by prospecting potential new customers, working with active customers and new business wins! • Forecast sales targets, updating customer details and completing key promotional activities. • Plan approaches and pitches for new business through positive engagement with the Alchemy Team; connecting and collaborating with experienced team members. You will be using your Automotive Industry network and experience to recruit and deliver Key Senior roles such as Service Advisors, Service Technicians, Service Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Consultants and Finance & Insurance Professionals.• You will be able to demonstrate proven Sales and Recruitment abilities, while showcasing your clear and your strong negotiation skills. • Ideally tertiary qualifications and/or certifications or relevant qualifications/industry knowledge.
