About the Role
As an Automotive Parts Specialist, you will be the first point of contact with our customers. Your key focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction, while building strong relationships and maximising sales opportunities.
Duties include:
Providing friendly and accurate service Processing Sales Answering phone queries Deliveries to customers Building lasting relationships with customers
Continually update your knowledge with product changes as they become available
Ensure timely and accurate processing of all paper work
